In response to this urgent need, Liang Yuen Biochemical Technology Co***ny has created SEPPA(marine bio-organic calcium) a nano environmentally friendly additive, which changes the chemical composition of plastic products into decomposable material. The additive can be directly applied to machines without requiring of any alteration. After one or two weeks of operation, the temperature of machine can be lowered by an average (F) 10 degrees to save electricity cost. SEPPA has acquired Food contact certification of FDA in the US ,Non-toxic certification of environmental protection of European Union and certification of Far-infrared energy of SGS. What is meant by decomposable plastic? This refers to the chemical structure of the plastic, wherein it is able to decompose when it becomes wasted. During decomposition, the plastic breaks down physically and chemically into its base components via the process of hydrolysis. After breaking down, the base components dissolve harmlessly into the environment. The decomposition occurs at a fast and constant rate, depending on the environmental conditions. Decomposition may take place in four ways. These are biolysis, light decomposition, hydrolysis and dissolution. Biolysis and light decomposition are the methods that we have focused on in our research and developments on SEPPA.
